Living in SW Florida since he was a young teen, Ryan has always enjoyed being around water. His love of “sea life” is incorporated in many of the original art sculptures he has created.
He specializes in many types of metal but mainly utilizes Aluminum and Stainless Steel for his custom designed creations. Each piece is hand drawn, welded, placed on a base, and is finished with a powder coating or patina in a variety of colors.

Welding has been his main focus for 20+ years, and the talent seems to run in the family. There are many generations of blacksmith’s & welding that date back to his 4th Great Grandfather in Scotland. Ryan became certified in welding while he was still in high school. After graduating, he worked as an apprentice for a reputable company in Fort Myers, Florida. It wasn’t long before he began training other welders. In 2014, Ryan took a leap of faith and started his own business. A few years ago, a customer approached him with a request for a large custom designed dolphin to display along the seawall of her property on Captiva Island. As he fabricated, and began producing the dolphin, he discovered he not only had a knack for art, but really loved the whole process. Creating custom designed metal sculptures has become his passion ever since.
